Determine further actions to take on quarantined emails by viewing the email content without download.

Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection allows the administrator to preview quarantined Exchange Online or Gmail emails in the console. For Exchange Online, end users can also preview their quarantined emails in the Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection add-in for Outlook.

Procedure

  1. In Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection, go to Operations → Quarantine
  2. Select the service Exchange Online, Exchange Online (Inline Mode), Gmail, or Gmail (Inline Mode).
  3. Click Enable Email Preview under the search bar.
  4. In the dialog box displayed, select Enable email preview.

    Enabling email preview permits Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection to collect your email content to show in preview.
    For emails quarantined after you enable this feature, you can click the timestamp of a quarantined email to view the content. Currently, only the email body supports preview.
