Manage Email Sensor for email accounts in your environment.

Email Sensor (Email and Collaboration Security OperationsEmail Sensor) allows you to manage the Trend Vision One Email Sensor in your environment.
After deploying Email Sensor for your email service, you can enable email sensor detection and response for email accounts. Email sensor detection and response sends activity data to Trend Vision One for state-of-the-art threat detection and alerting.
The following table outlines the actions available in Email Sensor.

Set up Email Sensor for Exchange Online
Go to the Exchange Online tab and follow the on-screen instructions to set up Email Sensor for your Exchange Online mailboxes.
Set up Email Sensor for Gmail
Go to the Gmail tab and follow the on-screen instructions to set up Email Sensor for your Gmail mailboxes.
Set up Email Sensor for other email services
Go to the Other Mail Services tab and follow the on-screen instructions to set up Email Sensor for your mailboxes in other email services except Exchange Online and Gmail.

For email services other than Exchange Online and Gmail, Email Sensor only feeds telemetry data to Trend Vision One and does not provide response actions.
Manage email sensor detection
Click Manage Email Sensor Detection to enable or disable email sensor detection and response capabilities for the mailboxes in your email service.
Manage email protection
On the Exchange Online or Gmail tab, click the Powered by Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection link to open the Protection Manager and deploy protection to your email services.
Disable all sensor detection
Click Disable All Sensor Detection to disable all email sensor detection and response capabilities for Exchange Online, Gmail, and other email services.

Important
After you disable email sensor detection, email accounts stop reporting activity data to Trend Vision One.
