Some functionality in Workbench requires WebGL.

The Trend Vision One console supports the latest versions of the following desktop browsers:
  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge (Chromium)
The Trend Vision One console is not officially supported on mobile browsers (Android and iOS).

Procedure

  1. Make sure your system has the latest graphics drivers.
    For more information, consult the manufacturer's documentation.
  2. Enable WebGL in your web browser:

    • Google Chrome™
      1. Open Chrome.
      2. Go to options=ddb0b67f-0654-4aa5-8bc7-48ec554c5448.png → Settings → System.
      3. Turn on Use hardware acceleration when available.
      4. Restart Chrome.
    • Firefox
      1. Open Firefox.
      2. Go to options-button-horizontal-bars=9f3784c4-da1b-4b78-ab5e-72c7fb909353.png → Settings → General → Performance.
      3. Clear the Use recommended performance settings checkbox.
      4. Select Use hardware acceleration when available.
      5. Restart Firefox
    • Microsoft Edge (Chromium)
      1. Open Edge.
      2. Go to options_horizontal=d84999e1-1634-41ca-9736-76b580452cc2.png → Settings → System and performance.
      3. Turn on Use hardware acceleration when available.
      4. Restart Edge.
  3. Verify WebGL is active by going to https://get.webgl.org/.
    If you see a spinning cube animation, WebGL is active.
