Understand TrendAI Vision One™ access tiers and license expiration policies.

You can provision a TrendAI Vision One™ console for no additional charge if you hold a valid license for a supported product, a TrendAI Vision One™ app, the XDR add-on, or TrendAI Vision One™ credits.

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge (Chromium)
The TrendAI Vision One™ platform is not officially supported on mobile browsers (Android and iOS).
There are two access tiers available:
  • Essential Access: TrendAI™ provisions a TrendAI Vision One™ console with Essential Access apps and features to customers with licenses for supported on-premises and SaaS products.
  • Advanced Access: TrendAI™ provisions a TrendAI Vision One™ console with a complete suite of apps to customers with TrendAI Vision One™ credits or a supported Advanced Access license, such as the TrendAI Vision One™ XDR add-on or Zero Trust Secure Access.
The expiration date of TrendAI Vision One™ console access aligns with the expiration date of the supported license that expires last, including licenses for TrendAI™ Flex (credits). For paid licenses, you receive a notification that your credits are about to expire 90 days before the expiration date. Once the expiration date arrives, there is a 30-day grace period during which you can access the TrendAI Vision One™ console as normal. After the grace period, there is a 30-day lock period during which you are not able to access the TrendAI Vision One™ console through browser or API and receive no notifications, but your account is still recoverable. After the lock period, TrendAI™ purges all your account data, the account loses access to the TrendAI Vision One™ console, and an email notification is sent to inform you that your user account has been purged. Purchase or renew your TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license before the end of the lock period to retain your data.

Important
A user account is purged within 48 hours if it is no longer associated with at least one TrendAI Vision One™ or Trend Cloud One™ tenant. This happens in the following scenarios:
  • The license associated with the last TrendAI Vision One™ or Trend Cloud One™ tenant expires, and both the grace period and the 30-day lockout period end. In this scenario, the user account is purged 48 hours after the 30-day lockout period ends.
  • A customer administrator deletes the user account from the last remaining TrendAI Vision One™ or Trend Cloud One™ tenant. In this scenario, the user account is purged 48 hours after the administrator deletes it from the tenant.
For trial licenses, you receive a notification that your TrendAI Vision One™ is about to expire 15 days before the expiration date. Once the expiration date arrives, there is a 30-day lock period. There is no grace period for trial licenses.

If your credits for Advanced Access expire and you still hold a valid license for Essential Access, you can continue using Essential Access apps and features until the associated license expires.
