Understand the TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license and how to use credits to access any paid solution on the TrendAI Vision One™ platform.
Credits provide a flexible and convenient way for you to enable solutions in TrendAI Vision One™ without the complexity of purchasing individual license entitlements. You can access
all paid solutions, packages, and features in the TrendAI Vision One™ console using credits, which enables you to deploy and move around your resources
in response to your changing needs.
TrendAI™ Flex (credits) licenses are a type of subscription license, meaning that your purchased credits
are valid and available to use until their expiration date. Once a TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license expires, the credits purchased with the license disappear from your balance.
You can begin using credits in four steps:

Estimate your total required credits for the TrendAI Vision One™ solutions you want to use.For more information on estimating your credit requirement, see Estimate your credit usage with the credit calculator.

Make sure you have enough credits in your balance.Go to at any time to see your current credit balance, estimated credit drawdown for the current month, and any credits expiring soon.
Note
If your used credits exceed your balance, your balance displays a negative value until you purchase more credits or reduce your solution usage. Having a negative credit balance does not prevent you from using TrendAI Vision One™. Monitor your credit usage in Platform Usage and Credits.Based on your total credit usage, TrendAI Vision One™ draws down credits from your balance every month. Go to to view your actual usage of TrendAI Vision One™ solutions and packages, all of which contribute to your final credit drawdown for the month.
