View all available Trend Vision One solutions and estimate your credit requirements based on your projected usage of the selected packages.

All available solutions provides an inventory of all Trend Vision One solutions and packages available for use via credits or pay-as-you-go, their monthly and annual credit requirements, and the credit calculator tool. You can click any link in the Features column to go to the associated Trend Vision One app.

Important
Using the credit calculator does not actually result in credit usage for any Trend Vision One solutions. The tool simply helps you estimate the number of credits that your organization might require to use the selected packages with the specified volume of usage. This estimate can assist you in your budgeting and scaling considerations.

Procedure

  1. Go to Administration → Platform Usage and Credits.
  2. Go to All available solutions.
  3. Click Estimate credit usage.
    The credit calculator appears.
  4. Use the Select solutions menu to choose a package that your organization intends to use.
  5. For each selected package, type an estimate of the total number of units your organization might require.

    Tip
    Units differ by solution and by package. To view the unit for a given package, see the Credit requirement column in the table of all available solutions.
    The credit calculator displays the total Estimated required credits that your organization might need for the projected number of units of the selected packages.
  6. To view the estimated number of credits Trend Micro recommends purchasing based on your selected solutions, enable Show recommended credit purchase.

    If you enable this setting, the credit calculator displays your current balance and the recommended number of credits to purchase to cover your estimated requirement. Trend Vision One calculates your recommended credit purchase by taking your estimated required credits for the selected packages, subtracting any available credits, and adding any overused credits.
  7. Click Export overview to download a spreadsheet of the displayed information, or click Contact your sales representative to contact a representative about purchasing Trend Vision One credits.
