Your credit balance is the total number of credits currently available for you to
use. View your balance at any time by going to .
On the first of every month, Trend Vision One deducts the previous month’s total credit drawdown from your balance.
All credits in your balance come from one of two sources:

Purchased credits: Credits purchased directly from a marketplace or your sales representativeTo purchase credits directly, you can go to AWS Marketplace or Microsoft Marketplace or contact your sales representative.

Converted credits: Trend Vision One licenses automatically converted into creditsYour existing Trend Vision One licenses already automatically convert to credits. Starting in January 2026, the Trend Vision One Credits license is the only license available for purchase.
Important
When calculating your credit balance, Trend Vision One rounds converted credits up to the next whole number.Though all Trend Vision One-related licenses automatically convert to credits, not all Trend Micro licenses do so, such as licenses for on-premises products. For older licenses with no credit conversion, the associated solutions or features might not require credits or pay-as-you-go until the license expires.For more details on how Trend Vision One licenses convert to credits, see Licenses converted into credits.
