Create and manage accounts for authorized users to access the Trend Vision One console.
User accounts allow you to control access to the Trend Vision One console by managing accounts for authorized users. Control or limit
which screens and apps each account can access by assigning User Roles and
access levels.
NoteOnly user accounts with the
Master Administratorpredefined-role can add, modify, or delete other user accounts. |
The following table outlines the actions available on the User Accounts screen (
).

Add an account
|
Click Add Account to create a new user
account.

Edit an account

Click an Account to modify account details such
as password, role, and access level.

Delete accounts
|
Select one or more accounts and click Delete
Account to remove the selected accounts.

Refresh screen information

Click Refresh to refresh the information on the
screen.

Enable or disable two-factor authentication (2FA)
|
Click the Two-factor authentication toggle to
enable or disable two-factor authentication for logging on to the Trend Vision One console.

Enable or disable an account
|
Click the toggle in the Status column to enable
or disable the account.
