Trend Vision One™ – Cloud Risk Management supports notifications sent via Slack. These notifications will be sent to user-created Slack channels with all relevant Slack users receiving the alerts.

Set up a Slack channel

  1. Click on Create another Slack channel
  2. Set automatic notifications
  3. Configure Triggers
  4. Configure now will allow the addition of Slack channel using the following parameters
    1. Webhook URL
    2. Channel Name
    3. Include "Introduced by" - User who introduced the failure
    4. Include "Resource" - Resource ID or Name
    5. Include "Tags" - Tags associated with the resource
    6. Include "Extra Data"- data associated with Availability Zone, Create Time, Instance Id, Size, and Type of Rule failure.
    7. Copy communication settings
