The Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection Notification Email Settings page allows the administrator to set:
  • Notification behavior allows Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection to skip notifications for email which take pass actions. When enabled, it applies to all notification email messages that Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection sends to administrators and users.
  • Signature Content allows the administrator to customize the signature for notification email messages. When the custom email signature is enabled, it applies to all notification email messages that Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection sends to administrators and users.

Procedure

  1. In Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection, go to Policies → Global Settings → Other Settings → Notification Settings → Notification Email Settings.
  2. Enable Bypass notification if Pass actions are made.
  3. Enable the Customize the signature for notification email messages, and specify the signature in the Signature Content text box.

  4. Click Save.
