Configure integration settings to quickly deploy the Mobile Security for Business app and app configuration to managed mobile devices.

Before starting the integration process, make sure that you have:
  • An administrator account for Google Workspace
  • Trend Vision One console admin credentials

Procedure

  1. On the Trend Vision One console, access the configuration screen for Google Workspace integration.
    • Go to Mobile SecurityMobile Inventory to display the Mobile Security landing page.
      Under I have an MDM solution, choose Integrate with Mobile SecurityGoogle Workspace.
    • Go to Workflow and AutomationThird-Party Integration, and click Google Workspace in the integration list.
    The configuration screen appears.

    To edit your Google Workspace integration settings, go to Workflow and AutomationThird-Party Integration, and click Google Workspace in the integration list.
    Only administrators with the Master Administrator or Operator role can edit the integration settings.
  2. In the Integration Settings section, perform the following actions.
    1. Click Grant Permissions, and then click Allow on the Google authorization screen.
    2. Select the platform of the mobile devices you are managing through Google Workspace.
    3. Configure the platform-specific settings.
      • For ChromeOS:
        1. Click Go to Managed Google Play to approve the Mobile Security for Business app in Managed Google Play.
        2. Enable Web Protection if desired and choose whether to pin the app to the device browser automatically.
      • For iOS/iPadOS:
        1. Use the end user device to scan the enrollment QR code, or send enrollment instructions to end users via email.

          Registration keys associated with the enrollment QR codes expire. You may choose a validity period from 7 to 30 days. If the key has expired, regenerate the key and resend it to any unenrolled end users.
      • For Android:
        1. Copy the provided enrollment key.

        2. Go to your Google Workspace console and add the Mobile Security for Business app to your managed web and mobile apps. For more information, see
  3. In the Advanced Settings section, select the data sync frequency and whether to send device risk data to Google Workspace.
  4. Click Save.
