For the best possible protection and performance, TrendAI™ recommends regularly updating the agents installed on your endpoints. Support for older agents is available based on agent type, version, and release date. See the current agent version installed on your endpoints in Endpoint Inventory.

Support policy
Standard Endpoint Protection
Support provided for 18 months post release date.
Server & Workload Protection
Standard support:
  • Three years post release date.
Extended support (global):
  • Four years post release date.
Extended support (Japan only):
  • Through December 31 of the fifth year after the release.
    For example, an agent released in 2026 is supported through December 31, 2031.
Endpoint Sensor
Windows and macOS agents:
  • Support provided for 18 months post release date.
Linux - Standard support:
  • Three years post release date.
Linux - Extended support:
  • Four years post release date.
