Configure the mobile app in your devices.

Before you begin:
The TrendAI Vision One™ mobile app can only display the content you can access in the web console. Make sure your account has the correct user role, scope and permissions in TrendAI Vision One™.

Procedure

  1. Install the TrendAI Vision One™ mobile app on your device (Google Play Store (Android) and App Store (iPhone & iPad)).
  2. Sign in to the app using your TrendAI Vision One™ account and password.
    For first time users, you can enable sign in with biometrics by selecting Enable in the Sign in with biometrics screen.
    You can change this setting at any time in Settings (tv1MobAppSettings=ec48c86b-41b2-4775-af58-62b76bf5ad11.png).

    If you are unable to sign in due to IP address restrictions, go to AdministrationConsole SettingsConsole Access in the TrendAI Vision One™ console and check if you have enabled Restrict console access to specified IP addresses. If yes, make sure your IP address is in the allow list.
  3. If you want to receive notifications from TrendAI Vision One™, make sure that you have configured alerts and notifications in the TrendAI Vision One™ console and selected the mobile app as the notification channel.
