Configure the mobile app in your devices.
Before you begin:
The Trend Vision One mobile app can only display the content you can access in the
web console. Make sure your account has the correct user role, scope and permissions
in Trend Vision One.
Procedure
- Install the Trend Vision One mobile app on your device (Google Play Store (Android) and App Store (iPhone & iPad)).
- Sign in to the app using your Trend Vision One account and password.For first time users, you can enable sign in with biometrics by selecting Enable in the Sign in with biometrics screen.You can change this setting at any time in Settings (
). - If you want to receive notifications from Trend Vision One, make sure that you have
configured alerts and notifications in the Trend Vision One console and selected the mobile app as the notification channel.For details, see Configuring notifications.
Note
You can view the notifications in the Notifications tab. To get notified promptly, go to Settings () → Push notifications in the mobile app and enable push notifications for different types of alerts.
