To begin receiving the required activity data from Cloud App Security, you must grant the necessary Microsoft Exchange permissions.

Procedure

  1. On the TrendAI Vision One™ console, go to Email and Collaboration Security → Email and Collaboration Sensor.
  2. Ensure that you grant the necessary permissions using the Click here buttons.
    • Use the Exchange Web Service Managed API for quarantine management
    • Use the Graph API to access all mailboxes
    • Access the user profiles and mailboxes
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
