This section describes how to configure provisioning settings on your Okta admin portal if you need to synchronize users from Okta to Trend Micro Web Security.

Procedure

  1. Go to Applications → Applications → <your application>, and then click the General tab.
  2. Click Edit next to App Settings, select SCIM in Provisioning, and then click Save.
    The Provisioning tab appears.
  3. Click the Provisioning tab and configure the following user provisioning settings:
    Provisioning allows user, group, and profile updates in Okta to be automatically synchronized to TMWS.
    1. Click Integration from the left navigation, and then click Edit to configure the following:
      • SCIM connector base URL: Copy and paste the information from the TMWS management console. You can get it under the Service Provider Settings for the Okta Admin Portal area on the Authentication Method screen for Okta from Administration → Directory Services → here.
      • Unique identifier field for users: Set it to userName.
      • Supported provisioning actions: Select all options.
      • Authentication Mode: Select HTTP Header from the drop-down list.
      • Authorization: Copy and paste the information from the TMWS management console. You can get it under the Service Provider Settings for the Okta Admin Portal area on the Authentication Method screen for Okta from Administration → Directory Services → here.
    2. Click Test Connector Configuration to test whether your configuration is successful.
    3. Click Save.
    4. On the Provisioning tab, click To App from the left navigation, and then click Edit to configure the following:
      • Enable Create Users.
      • Enable Update User Attributes.
      • Enable Deactivate Users.
    5. Click Save.
