Licensing information is read-only. Most data should be configured in the Customer Licensing Portal (CLP) website at https://tm.login.trendmicro.com.

Procedure

  1. Go to AdministrationLicense Information.
  2. View your license information.
TMWS provides three types of licenses. Standard and Advanced are two main licenses. The following shows the disabled features of each license type:
    License Type
    Disabled Features
    Advanced
    None
    Standard
    • Cloud Virtual Analyzer
    • Data Loss Prevention
    • Cloud application access control
    • On-premises gateways more than 50
    Add-on
    None
    Note
    Note
An add-on license is NOT a standalone license. It goes with the Standard license to provide all features of the Advanced license.
Companies already with a Standard license can purchase this add-on to upgrade their TMWS service to use all the features of the Advanced license.
The activation code and expiration date are subject to the Standard license. If your Standard license expires, the TMWS service will become unavailable. If your add-on license expires while your Standard license is still valid, only the features for the Standard license will be available.
Each license has four periods. The following describes each period and the corresponding customer behavior available for a main license.
