Procedure

1. Log on to PolicyServer MMC.
2. Expand the Enterprise, then go to Enterprise Maintenance.
3. Click Purge Inactive Users.
4. Specify the number of days to purge all user accounts that have not logged on a device for period of time.

   Note Specify a range between 7 and 999 days.

5. Click Purge.
6. Click OK to confirm the purge.
