Procedure

  1. Access the administrator console.
    The sign-in screen for the Trend Micro Email Security administrator console appears.
  2. Click Need help signing in?.
    The Reset Password screen appears.
  3. Type the user name and email address of your local account.
  4. Click Send verification code.
    A verification code is sent to the above specified email address.
  5. Specify the verification code.
  6. Specify and confirm your new password.
  7. Click Submit.
    You can use the new password to sign in to the administrator console.
