      Note
      Note
You can also add, edit, copy, or delete keyword expression lists.
    3. Click Save.
  4. Repeat until you have moved all the keyword expressions you want to apply to each criterion.
    Note
    Note
The total number of keyword expressions used by supported criteria in a policy rule cannot exceed 1,500. Supported criteria are Specified header matches, Subject matches, Body matches, and Attachment content matches.
To prevent misconfigurations that could cause policy failures or bypasses, do not contain too many keyword expressions or overly complex regular expressions in one policy rule.
  5. In the Keyword expression performance test area, click Test to evaluate how your configured keyword expressions in the rule may affect scanning performance by applying them to a sample email.
While actual email latency may vary depending on content, this tool helps assess whether your configuration could impact delivery speed.
If the delivery efficiency is Low, consider reducing the number of keyword expressions in this rule or simplifying complex regular expressions. This can help improve scanning performance and reduce potential delays in email delivery.
