Generating New MFA Backup Codes Parent topic

SecureCloud only allows users to log on once using each MFA backup code. After a successful log on, SecureCloud deactivates the MFA backup code. Users must periodically generate new MFA backup codes.
Important
Important
After generating new MFA backup codes, SecureCloud deletes all previously generated codes, including codes that are still active.

Procedure

  1. Click AdministrationMFA Backup Codes.
  2. Click Reset Backup Codes and wait for the screen to refresh.
SecureCloud generates new MFA backup codes.
  3. Copy the backup codes to a text file and save the file to a secure folder.
