About SecureCloud Parent topic

Trend Micro SecureCloud Hosted Service protects critical data stored on cloud devices by using full-disk encryption. SecureCloud controls access to confidential information stored on disk drives by encrypting them, so that data remains private and meets compliance regulations. The following types of disk drives are protected:
  • Boot volumes for cloud environments
  • Data and ephemeral storage devices
  • RAID devices
Administrators access the service through the SecureCloud Web Console via a secure Internet connection. Using this portal, administrators can define criteria on which instances can receive encryption/decryption keys. For example, criteria can include the location of the application, host name, and/or the latest Trend Micro engine and pattern file. In addition, obtain report and audit information about accounts using the portal.
