Enabling MFA for Specific Roles Parent topic

Account Administrators can increase Web Console log in security by activating MFA for specific roles. When MFA is activated, users must pass two levels of identify verification to log on to the Web Console.

Only users with the Account Administrator role can activate or deactivate MFA.

Procedure

  1. Click AdministrationUser Management and click the Roles tab.
  2. On the Roles table, select the user roles for which you want to enable MFA:

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
