Configuring Environmental Settings Parent topic

Before you begin

Only users with Account Administration privileges can configure the environmental settings.
Account Administrators can configure certain environmental settings, such as date, time zone, session timeout, and whether to display the Getting Started Wizard after log on.

Procedure

  1. Click AdministrationAccount Settings.
  2. Configure environmental settings:
    • From the Session Timeout drop-down, select how long a user's Web Console session can remain idle before SecureCloud logs the user off. The options are 15, 30, or 60 minutes, and 4 or 8 hours.
    • From the Date format and Timezone drop-down boxes, select the organization's preferred date format and time zone. The time stamps in notifications, reports, and logs are based on the selected time zone.
    • Select or clear the Show the Getting Started Wizard after log on option.
  3. Click Save.
