Logging on to the SecureCloud Web Console

Organizations have two options for subscribing to the SecureCloud Hosted Service:

Direct subscription with Trend Micro
Subscription through a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or other reseller

The SecureCloud Hosted Service subscription method determines which URL organizations use to log on to the SecureCloud Web Console.

Administrators can also turn on multi-factor authentication (MFA) for users with specific roles. This increases log on security for the Web Console by requiring a second level of user authentication.
