Understanding Your Product License Parent topic

SecureCloud sends a notification when the following license-related events occur:
  • The license (trial or full version) is about to expire
  • The SecureCloud deployment is approaching the maximum number of encrypted devices
When a license expires there are brief maintenance and grace periods. At the end of these periods, Administrators can no longer provision new devices. However, they can still maintain previously-provisioned devices.
When a deployment reaches the maximum number of encrypted devices, administrators can no longer provision new devices. Administrators can either purchase additional seats for the deployment or re-purpose existing seats by destroying the keys of unnecessary devices.
