Filtering and Viewing Archived Reports Parent topic

SecureCloud archives reports for 365 days before performing an automatic deletion. Administrators can use the filtering options to locate specific reports or a type of reports. If the desired report or reports are not present in the filter results, it is because they have been deleted.

Procedure

  1. Click ReportsArchived.
    The Archived Reports screen appears.
  2. Locate archived reports using one or more of the following filtering options:
    • Select the type of report you are searching for from the Show report type drop-down list. The options are One-time, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
    • Click a column heading to sort reports in ascending or descending order based on the data in that column. For example, click the Date column heading to sort reports by the creation date.

    The Archived Reports table lists 10 reports by default. If there are more than 10 reports that match the filter criteria, display more reports in the table or navigate to the next page of results.
  3. Download reports by selecting the report or reports and clicking Download Report(s). Follow the prompts to save the report or reports to a local folder or another location.
