View a summary of your managed customers and gain visibility into their risk exposure.

Customer Overview provides a high-level summary of managed customers, including the following information:
  • Company: The name of the managed customer's company.
  • License type: The type of license the managed customer has, including the following:
    • Annual: The license type of customers billed on an annual license cycle.
    • Monthly: The license type of customers billed on license cycle of less than a year, typically monthly.
    • Monthly (NFR): A not-for-resale (NFR) license intended for product demonstrations and internal usage, billed on a monthly basis.
  • Trend Vision One status: The connection status of the customer's Trend Vision One license or trial.
  • Cyber Risk Index: The risk score for the managed customer, derived from an assessment of a variety of risk categories and factors.
  • Exposure: The average exposure risk level for the managed customer, calculated using the weight of exposure-related risk factors and corresponding risk events in the customer's environment.
  • Security Configuration: The security configuration-related risk level for the managed customer, based on the customer's Trend Micro protection status.
  • Expiration date: The date that the customer's Trend Vision One license or trial expires.
  • Customer sign-in account: The email address used by the customer to sign in to the Trend Vision One console.

Click + Add customer to add a new managed customer.
Connect a customer's Trend Vision One
Click Connect customer's Trend Vision One to access and manage customers' consoles.
Provision Trend Vision One for a customer
Click Provision in the Trend Vision One status column to start a Trend Vision One license for your managed customer.
View a customer's Trend Vision One environment
Click View in the Trend Vision One status column to access the customer's Executive Dashboard.

If your user account has read-only permissions for Customer Overview, you also have read-only access to managed customers' Trend Vision One environments.
Update a customer's user accounts
Click the menu icon (options=ddb0b67f-0654-4aa5-8bc7-48ec554c5448.png) and click Manage customer user accountsManage customer user accounts in User Accounts to provide the customer with sign-in access to Trend Vision One.

You can only update the sign-in account for customers with Trend Vision One provisioned.
Manage your customer's Primary User Account
Click the menu icon (options=ddb0b67f-0654-4aa5-8bc7-48ec554c5448.png) and click Manage customer user accountsConfigure customer Primary User Account to create or transfer ownership of a Primary User Account for your managed customer.
Assign a not-for-resale (NFR) license to a customer
Click the menu icon (options=ddb0b67f-0654-4aa5-8bc7-48ec554c5448.png) and select Assign NFR license to customer, then click Assign to provision an NFR license for one managed customer.
Important
Important
You can assign an NFR license to only one customer’s Trend Vision One. Once assigned, you cannot reassign the NFR license to a different customer.
The Trend Vision One NFR license includes 8,000 complimentary credits per month. Start in September 2025, any credit usage exceeding 8,000 credits is billed in the following month. Any unused complimentary credits do not roll over to the next month.
Disconnect a customer's Trend Vision One
Click the menu icon (options=ddb0b67f-0654-4aa5-8bc7-48ec554c5448.png) and select Disconnect customer's Trend Vision One to remove the customer from Customer Overview.

You can only disconnect Trend Vision One for customers you created manually.

Start a free trial for a customer
Click Provision in the Trend Vision One status column to start a free Trend Vision One trial for your managed customer.
Specify the customer's datacenter and user account to receive the Auditor role, then click Start free trial.
Manually disconnect a customer's Trend Vision One
To close an incident response case, click the menu icon (options=ddb0b67f-0654-4aa5-8bc7-48ec554c5448.png) and select Disconnect customer's Trend Vision One to remove the customer from Customer Overview.
Extend a customer's trial
Click the menu icon (options=ddb0b67f-0654-4aa5-8bc7-48ec554c5448.png), select Extend trial by 30 days, then click Confirm to extend a customer's Trend Vision One trial by 30 days.
Tip
Tip
The initial trial period is 60 days. You can extend the trial by 30 days multiple times.
