Select a service plan for your customers to manage their licensed products and services.

Procedure

  1. After adding a new managed customer, click Assign service plan in the confirmation window.
    At a later time, you can also go to Licensing Management PlatformUsers & LicensesCustomers and click Assign Service Plan to take this action.
  2. Select or search for a service plan in the list.
  3. Specify the Start date and number of License seats for the service plan.

    Note
    For service plans containing NFR licenses, you cannot change the Start date or License seats. For more information on license types, see Licensing Management Platform.
  4. For service plans containing licenses for Worry-Free Business Security Services or Cloud Edge, select a Product settings template, or use the default template provided by Trend Micro.
  5. Click Assign.
    The service plan is assigned to the customer.
    You can view your managed customers' supported products in Remote ManagerCustomers in the Products column.
  6. You can remove an assigned service plan from a customer.
    1. Go to Licensing Management PlatformUsers & LicensesCustomers.
    2. Click the name of the managed customer.
    3. Select one or more applicable service plans you want to remove.
    4. Click Remove Service Plans.
    5. Click OK.
