Connect an existing managed customer's TrendAI Vision One™ to access and manage the customer's console through Customer Overview.

Procedure

  1. Generate an enrollment token in Customer Overview.
    1. On the Customer Overview screen, click + Add customer.
    2. Click Connect customer's TrendAI Vision One™.
    3. In the window, specify the Company name of the customer.
    4. Click Save and generate the enrollment token.
      An enrollment token is generated.

      Enrollment tokens are valid for 24 hours.
    5. Click the copyicon=GUID-BD854E6D-5EB9-4181-BE68-D5F743237995=1=en-us=Low.jpg icon to copy the token.
  2. Complete the connection in the managed customer's TrendAI Vision One™ console.
    1. In the customer's TrendAI Vision One™ console, go to Business ProfileDelegate TrendAI Vision One™.
    2. Click Set up.
    3. In the window, paste the enrollment token obtained from Customer Overview in the Enrollment token field.

      Note
      If the enrollment token is expired, you must generate a new token in the TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers console.
    4. Click Save.
      The customer's TrendAI Vision One™ connects to TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers.
      The connection might take up to an hour to complete. Once the connection completes, you can click View in Customer Overview to access the customer's TrendAI Vision One™ environment.
