Connect an existing managed customer's TrendAI Vision One™ to access and manage the customer's console through Customer Overview.
Procedure
- Generate an enrollment token in Customer Overview.
- On the Customer Overview screen, click + Add customer.
- Click Connect customer's TrendAI Vision One™.
- In the window, specify the Company name of the customer.
- Click Save and generate the enrollment token.An enrollment token is generated.

Important
Enrollment tokens are valid for 24 hours. - Click the
icon to copy the token.
- Complete the connection in the managed customer's TrendAI Vision One™ console.
- In the customer's TrendAI Vision One™ console, go to .
- Click Set up.
- In the window, paste the enrollment token obtained from Customer Overview in the Enrollment token field.

Note
If the enrollment token is expired, you must generate a new token in the TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers console. - Click Save.The customer's TrendAI Vision One™ connects to TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers.The connection might take up to an hour to complete. Once the connection completes, you can click View in Customer Overview to access the customer's TrendAI Vision One™ environment.
