TrendAI Vision One™ creates the Primary User Account (formerly TrendAI™ Account) when first provisioning and signing in to the TrendAI Vision One™ console.
The Primary User Account has the Master Administrator role and can access all TrendAI Vision One™ apps and features.
You cannot edit, disable, or delete the Primary User Account.

NotePartners can create a Primary User Account when adding a new customer. For existing customers, go to the menu icon (
 ) in Customer Overview and click to create or transfer ownership of the account.Only create a Primary User Account when necessary for your managed customer. Primary
User Account creation is not available to all partners.
