Monthly credit usage thresholds for managed customers

March xx, 2026—Partners can now set monthly credit usage thresholds for managed customers to monitor credit consumption trends and receive notifications when usage reaches the configured threshold. This feature helps partners prevent unbudgeted expenses and maintain control over customer billing.
In Usage Reports & Management, you can configure a monthly credit threshold for each customer using one of the following options:
  • Dynamic: Automatically sets the threshold based on the company's average billed usage from the past 3 months.
  • Manual: Enter a fixed monthly credit threshold.
When a customer's monthly credit usage reaches the configured threshold, the system sends daily notification alerts to specified recipients. You can configure alert recipients and a customer watchlist in AdministrationNotification under the Customers with high credit usage alert.

Automated update for Worry Free agents to TrendAI Vision One Endpoint Security now available in Endpoint Inventory

March 30, 2026—You can now update customer endpoints from Worry Free to TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Security agents with Standard Endpoint Protection using Endpoint Inventory in TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers. Currently, the feature supports updating Windows endpoints for customers with the Worry-Free Services license. Support for macOS is coming soon.

Kaseya VSA integration now available for TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers

March 23, 2026—You can now integrate Kaseya VSA with TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers to automate the deployment of TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Security agents to your managed customers' endpoints. The integration allows you to monitor agent statuses directly from TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers, helping you streamline endpoint management and security operations.

Billing Reports now available to Tier 2 partners

March 26, 2026—Tier 2 partners can now leverage Billing Reports in TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers to review, adjust, and submit billing information for your managed customers. For those without access to Licensing Management Platform, Billing Reports provides a dedicated location for managing and streamlining your billing workflows.
Monitor the status and details of each report in Billing Reports, including how many units of solution you initially provisioned, how many units your customers used, and their credit usage. When usage exceeds expectations, you can adjust the chargeable units and record the reason before submitting the report to a Tier 1 partner for approval. You can also review the full history of each billing report, including when the report was generated, updated, submitted, approved, or rejected.
