Set a monthly credit threshold for managed customers to monitor credit consumption trends and receive notifications when usage reaches the configured threshold.
Before you begin
Before configuring credit usage thresholds, ensure the following:

The managed customer has an active TrendAI Vision One™ license.

Your user account has full access permissions for Usage Reports & Management.
Set a monthly credit threshold to understand a customer's usage trends. When credit
usage reaches the configured threshold, the system can send notification alerts to
specified recipients.
You can configure the following threshold types:

None: No threshold set.

Dynamic: Automatically sets the threshold based on the company's average billed usage from the past 3 months.

Note
This setting is unavailable if the company has less than 3 months of billed usage data. -
Manual: Enter a fixed monthly threshold you want to apply.

Procedure
- Setting a monthly credit threshold
- Go to .
- Click the settings icon for the customer you want to configure.The Monthly credit usage threshold settings drawer appears, displaying the following information:

Company: The name of the managed customer.

Current month credit usage: The customer's credit consumption for the current month.

Average billed credit usage: The average monthly billed credit usage calculated from the past 3 months.

- Under Monthly credit threshold, select a threshold type:

None: Select to remove any existing threshold.

Dynamic: Select to automatically set the threshold based on the company's average billed usage from the past 3 months.

Manual: Set monthly credit threshold: Select and enter a fixed monthly threshold value you want to apply.

- Configuring notification alerts for credit usage thresholds
- Go to .
- Locate the Customers with high credit usage alert and click the alert name to open the Alert Settings drawer.The alert monitors customers' monthly credit usage and sends daily notifications when new threshold events are detected and usage reaches the configured threshold.
- Toggle the alert to On.
- Configure the Customer watchlist.Recipients receive alerts for customers based on the watchlist.
- Click Configure Watchlist.
- In the Customer Watchlist dialog, select customers from the Available customers list and move them to the Selected customers list to monitor their monthly credit usage.
- Click Apply.
- Under Monthly Credit Usage, configure when to send an alert by specifying the threshold at which monthly credit usage triggers a notification.
- Under Recipients, search and select an account or group, or type an email address and press ENTER.
- (Optional) Send a test message to verify the notification configuration.
- (Optional) Configure Recipients based on customer to send notifications to specific recipients for individual customers.
