The following table outlines the major sections of the Trend Micro Customers > {Client} screen.
Section
Description
Client information
  • Provides basic ConnectWise Automate client summary information including the current license status for Worry-Free Business Security Services
  • Allows you to configure automatic deployment settings and manage the Security Agent Deployment Exception List
    Important
    Important
Ensure that the ConnectWise Automate client has sufficient licenses available before enabling automatic deployment. If there are no licenses available, the Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Plug-in still deploys Security Agents, but unlicensed Security Agents are unable to report back to the Worry-Free Business Security Services console and remain in the unmanaged endpoints list.
For more information, see Security Agent Deployment Exception List.
Endpoint tab commands
Displays several command interactions that can be performed on the Security Agents of the selected endpoints
Endpoint tab summary
Displays a table that outlines customer endpoint information and indicates whether an endpoint requires immediate attention
The Security Agent Status column indicates the connection status of the Security Agent to the Worry-Free Business Security Services server. If an issue occurs due to a Security Agent reporting to an incorrect Worry-Free Business Security Services server, Domain Error displays.
To resolve a Domain Error:
  1. Ensure that you have assigned the endpoint to the correct ConnectWise Automate client.
If the customer mapping is incorrect, reassign the endpoint to the correct customer to resolve the issue.
  2. If the customer mapping is correct, the problem probably occurred during a manual installation of the Security Agent program. The Security Agent package contains connection information to a specific Worry-Free Business Security Services server.
    1. Download a new Security Agent package from the correct Worry-Free Business Security Services server.
    2. Uninstall the existing Security Agent program from the endpoint.
    3. Re-install the Security Agent using the new package.
Unmanaged Endpoints tab
Allows you view endpoint information and perform the following tasks:
  • Export: Save the selected unmanaged endpoint information in CSV format
  • Deploy Agent: Install the Security Agent on the selected endpoints
  • Add Deployment Exception: Prevent the installation of the Security Agent on the selected endpoints
