Procedure

  1. Open the Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Plug-in and select a Trend Micro Customer.
  2. Click the Endpoints tab.
  3. Filter endpoints using the drop-down list:
    • All Security Agents
    • Online
    • Offline
    • Outdated agents
    • Unloaded agents
  4. Select the check boxes next to the endpoints on which you want to manage scanning.
  5. Click Scans and select the scan option:
    • Start Normal Scan: Starts a normal manual scan
    • Start Aggressive Scan: Starts an advanced scan to analyze and clean threats that Normal Scan cannot remove
    • Stop Scan: Stops any scan that the Security Agent is performing
  6. Confirm the command in the dialog that appears.
