Updating Worry-Free Security Agents

Procedure

1. Open the Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Plug-in and select a Trend Micro Customer.
2. Click the Endpoints tab.
3. Filter endpoints using the drop-down list:
   • All Security Agents
   • Online
   • Offline
   • Outdated agents
   • Unloaded agents
4. Select the check boxes next to the endpoints you want to update and click Update.
   A confirmation screen appears.
5. Click Update.
