Add a managed customer
Click New Customer to go to Customer Overview and create a new customer.
Add and edit widgets
Go to Remote ManagerDashboard and click + Add Widget to customize your customer management dashboard.
View your customers' profiles and product details
Go to Remote ManagerCustomers to view customers' company profile, contact information, and details on their supported products.
You can view customers with both Monthly plan and Annual license subscription types:
  • Monthly plan: The subscription type of customers billed on a monthly license cycle.
  • Annual license: The subscription type of customers billed on an annual license cycle.
Create and view reports
Go to Remote ManagerReports and click + New Report to generate reports on selected customers.
Configure notification settings for customers
Go to Remote ManagerAdministration and click Configure notifications to configure notification settings and customize messages for selected customers.
Configure third-party integrations
Go to Remote ManagerAdministration and click Configure third-party integration to manage the following available integrations:
  • ConnectWise Manage
  • Kaseya VSA
  • Autotask
  • ConnectWise Automate
  • Datto RMM
Manage product settings templates
Go to Remote ManagerAdministration and click Configure default settings templates to manage product settings templates that you can select when assigning service plans to customers.
View administration logs
Go to Remote ManagerAdministration and click Administration logs to view logs.
