Manage all customers and products from one view with bulk template and policy assignment, product renewals, and streamlined notifications for efficient operations.

You can take the following actions in Remote ManagerCustomers.

Description
View customer profiles
Click the name of any managed customer to view their company profile, contact information, details on their products and licenses, and other settings.
Manage individual customer settings
Products: View an inventory of all your managed customer's products and any product-related events requiring attention.
You can click + Add to assign a new service plan to the customer.
Licenses: View an inventory of all product licenses and service plans associated with the managed customer, alongside the expiration status of each.
Click Modify unit allocation to update the number of units provisioned for an applicable license.
You can select an expired license and click Renew license.
Notifications: Select recipients and product-related notifications to send about your managed customer.
You can click Change the global message content settings to adjust the format of notification messages, and select notification event settings to enable specific notification types.
ConnectWise Manage: Enable the ConnectWise Manage integration to receive customer notifications in the third-party system.
Assign product templates to customers
Select one or more existing customers and click Assign template to choose a set of predefined product settings.
Deploy policy settings to customers
Select one or more existing customers, click Policy settings, and select a Worry-Free Business Security Services policy.
Manage Cloud Edge settings
Click Cloud Edge settingsConfigure firmware permissions to manage Cloud Edge firmware update permissions for your managed customers.
Renew product licenses
Select one or more existing customers with an expired or soon-to-expire license, click Renew license, and follow the steps to renew the license.
Export customer information
Select one or more existing customers and click Export to download a CSV file with the customers' general information, products, and any recent risk or license events.
Click Export all to download a file of all managed customers' information.
Change view
Click Settings to display all customers, or only the customers with products managed by Remote Manager.
