Configure centralized administration settings for managed customers, including notification preferences, third-party integrations, and product settings templates.

Configure notifications for customers
Click Configure notifications to create global notification settings for all your managed customers.
You can configure the following details for your notification settings:
  • Recipients: Select an Account manager and additional partner recipients from your organization to receive notification emails
  • Format: Choose between consolidated and individual email notifications, and select the managed customer's preferred language
  • Daily summary: Opt in to or out of a daily notification summary
  • Events: Select event types from different products to include in customer notifications

    For some event types, to prevent notification fatigue in customers, you can specify a threshold after which to send a notification.
Manage third-party integrations
Click Configure third-party integrations to manage the following available integrations:
  • ConnectWise Manage
  • Kaseya VSA
  • Autotask
  • ConnectWise Automate
  • Datto RMM

Expand the instructions for each integration type to view configuration steps.
Click Generate API key to create a new access token and secret key for use in third-party integrations, or to revoke an existing key.
Click Download diagnostic tools to view and download any available tools for troubleshooting third-party integrations.
Manage product settings templates
Click Configure default settings templates to create and edit settings templates for managed customers' products. Apply these templates when assigning a service plan to a customer.
