Procedure

1. Check whether you are one of the following:
   • New subscriber
     • If you availing the service from Trend Micro, register and create an account with the Trend Micro SecureCloud Key Management Server.
     • If you are using SecureCloud services from a Managed Service Provider (MSP), please contact your vendor or register one by completing the SecureCloud Trial Form provided by your Service Provider.
   • Existing subscriber
     If you already have an account created in Trend Micro License Management Platform (LMP), register from your Service Provider’s LMP Console. Contact your Service Provider for the URL.

   Note If you want to obtain a trial activation code, please register online. Otherwise, please contact your Management Service Provider for details.

2. Activate your SecureCloud subscription.
3. Install the SecureCloud agent.
4. Create a storage device to be encrypted.
5. Run the Configuration Tool to provision and encrypt your device.
6. Start the agent service.
7. Approve the corresponding enryption key request for the target device.
