Deploy a predefined set of automation templates to a managed customer's TrendAI Vision One™ environment during onboarding to ensure consistent case management and notification settings across all customers.

When you onboard a new customer, you can deploy predefined automation templates to their TrendAI Vision One™ environment. Deploying these templates ensures that all managed customers have a consistent case management workflow without requiring manual configuration for each customer.
The following table describes the templates included in the predefined setup:

Auto case creation
Enables the Workbench insight progress update security playbook, which automatically creates cases when Workbench alerts are detected in the customer's environment.
Service provider case update notification
Sends notification emails to customers containing a summary of case updates from the service provider. You can customize the notification content and specify which case events trigger notifications.
SLA targets
Applies service level agreement (SLA) targets to case management, allowing you to track response and resolution times for customer cases.
Auto case close
Automatically closes cases that have been inactive for a specified period, reducing manual case management overhead.
Inbound case categories
Configures predefined case categories that allow customers to create and submit cases to the service provider through their own TrendAI Vision One™ console.

Important
After deployment, only the service provider can modify these settings. Customers can view the deployed configurations but cannot change them.

Before you begin

  • The customer's TrendAI Vision One™ must be connected to TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers. For more information, see Connect a customer's TrendAI Vision One™.
  • The customer must have an active TrendAI Vision One™ license.

Procedure

  1. Go to Customer ManagementCustomer Overview.
  2. In the customer list, find the customer you want to configure and click the menu icon (options=ddb0b67f-0654-4aa5-8bc7-48ec554c5448.png) in the customer's row.
  3. Select Deploy predefined setup.
    A confirmation dialog appears showing the list of templates that will be deployed to the customer's environment.
  4. Review the list of templates and click Deploy.
    TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers begins deploying the automation templates to the customer's TrendAI Vision One™ environment.
The predefined automation templates are now active in the customer's environment. You can verify the deployment by accessing the customer's TrendAI Vision One™ console through Customer Overview.
To customize individual template settings after deployment, such as notification content or SLA targets, access the relevant configuration pages in the customer's TrendAI Vision One™ console.
