The Hosted Email Security End User Quarantine console allows you to view and manage your quarantined email messages.
Use the following web address for your region to access the End User Quarantine console:

For Europe, the Middle East, Africa: https://euq.hes.trendmicro.eu

For all other regions: https://euq.hes.trendmicro.com
Use the End User Quarantine console to do any of the following:

Register your account

Manage quarantined messages

Add approved senders

Change your password
See Changing Passwords.

Reset your password
If your domain administrator has enabled single sign-on (SSO), ask your domain administrator for the logon address and log on to the End User Quarantine console with your own domain accounts.
If you access the End User Quarantine console using SSO, the Managed Accounts and Change Password menus are not available.
