If you are unable to remove a Control Manager server using the Windows Start menu or the Windows Control Panel, you can manually remove Control Manager. However, Trend Micro recommends trying the automatic methods before attempting to manually remove the product.
To complete the manual uninstallation of Control Manager, perform the following procedures:
Stop Control Manager services.
Remove the Control Manager Internet Information Services (IIS) settings.
Delete Control Manager files/directories and registry keys.
Remove Crystal Reports.
