    在啟動自動部署之前，請確保 ConnectWise Automate 客戶擁有足夠的使用授權。雖然在沒有使用授權的情況下，Trend Micro Worry-Free Services Plug-in 仍會部署 Security Agent，但是沒有使用授權的 Security Agent 就無法向 Worry-Free Business Security Services 主控台回報，並且會保留在未受管理的端點清單中。

「Security Agent Status」欄指出 Security Agent 與 Worry-Free Business Security Services 伺服器的連線狀態。如果因為 Security Agent 向不正確的 Worry-Free Business Security Services 伺服器回報而導致問題發生，則會顯示「Domain Error」。
解決「Domain Error」的方法：
  1. 確認您已將端點指派至正確的 ConnectWise Automate 客戶。
    如果客戶對應不正確，請將端點重新指派至正確的客戶以解決問題。
  2. 如果客戶對應正確，則問題可能是在手動安裝 Security Agent 程式期間發生。Security Agent 套件包含與特定 Worry-Free Business Security Services 伺服器連線的資訊。
    1. 從正確的 Worry-Free Business Security Services 伺服器下載新的 Security Agent 套件。
    2. 從端點解除安裝現有 Security Agent 程式。
    3. 使用新套件重新安裝 Security Agent。

  • 「Export」：以 CSV 格式儲存選取的未受管理端點資訊
  • 「Deploy Agent」：在選取的端點上安裝 Security Agent
