步驟

  1. 開啟「Trend Micro Worry-Free Service Plug-in」，然後選取趨勢科技客戶。
  2. 按一下「Endpoints」標籤。
  3. 使用下拉式清單過濾端點：
    • All Security Agents
    • Online
    • Offline
    • Outdated agents
    • Unloaded agents
  4. 選取所需端點旁邊的核取方塊，然後按一下「Other Actions → Remove Agent」。
  5. 在出現的「Remove Security Agent」對話方塊中，指定 Worry-Free Business Security Services 主控台上設定的解除安裝密碼。

    • 為確保所有選取的 Security Agent 都可接受指定的密碼，務必僅選取使用相同密碼的端點（例如，來自相同客戶）。
  6. （選用）選取「Add the endpoints to the Security Agent Deployment Exception List」，確認自動部署功能或其他管理員無法在端點上重新安裝 Security Agent。
  7. 按一下「Remove」。
    此時會出現確認訊息，指出所選端點上會立即進行 Security Agent 程式的解除安裝作業。
