Sending users an email invitation with a link to download the installation package
is
a convenient way to deploy Security Agents. You can send installation invitation
email to users in one of the following ways:

Send installation invitation email to users individually
-
Send installation invitation email to multiple users at the same time
Users must have a compatible browser with the security level set to allow cookies
to
successfully download the installation package.

Procedure
- On the Worry-Free Services web console, go to .
- Do one of the following:

Above the Security Agent List, click Add Security Agents.

Select the group to which you want to add Security Agents and click Add Security Agents.
The Security Agent Installation Methods screen appears. -
- To send installation invitation email to multiple users at the same time, do
the following:
- Under Send Installation Invitation, click Bulk Send.
- Create a CSV file with the email addresses of users to send the
invitation email. To obtain the template file, click
Download Template.
Note
You can specify up to 500 entries in the CSV file. - Click Upload File and upload the CSV file that you have created.
- (Optional) Configure the email content.
- Click Send to send installation invitation email to the users specified in the CSV file.
- To send installation invitation email to individual users, do one of the
following under Send Installation Invitation:

Click Single Send to open the message in your default email client.

Click View email content to display the email content. You can click Copy Content to copy the email content to your default email client.To obtain the QR code for the download link, click Download QR Code. You can include the QR code in the installation invitation email.

expiry time for the following if the user does not take action:

Security Agent installation package

Authentication code (for iOS and Chromebook)
