You can open the console from the Start menu. Select All Programs > Trend Micro Security Agent > Security Agent. If you are starting the Security Agent for the first time, clicking the menu loads the program in the background and displays the Security Agent icon in the system tray. If the Security Agent is already running in the background, clicking the menu opens the Security Agent console.

You can also open the console from the Windows Task Bar.

Right-click the Security Agent icon and select Open Security Agent Console.
