Purchase a pay-as-you-go subscription from AWS Marketplace to switch supported Trend Vision One solutions to pay-as-you-go billing.

  • Each Trend Vision One business can only have one active pure pay-as-you-go subscription.
  • You can only activate your Trend Vision One pay-as-you-go subscription once. You cannot transfer your subscription to another business after activation. If you need to transfer your subscription to another organization, contact your AWS representative.
Follow the steps below to purchase a pure pay-as-you-go subscription from AWS Marketplace and activate the subscription in Trend Vision One.

You have two options for Trend Vision One pay-as-you-go:
  • TrendAI Vision One™ (PAYG): If you only intend to use Trend Vision One solutions that support pay-as-you-go, take the following steps to purchase a pure pay-as-you-go subscription, which includes no credits.
  • TrendAI Vision One™: If you intend to use both credit-based and pay-as-you-go solutions, purchase a pay-as-you-go contract instead, which includes at least one TrendAI™ Flex credit.
Note that you can only access the platform-wide Trend Vision One™ Trial if you have a Trend Vision One pay-as-you-go contract with credits included.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to AWS Marketplace.
  2. Search for TrendAI Vision One™ (PAYG).
  3. Click Subscribe to TrendAI Vision One™ (PAYG).
  4. Click Subscribe.
    The Trend Vision One console opens and redirects to the License Activation Service.
    Tip
    Tip
    To set up your Trend Vision One account at a later time, you can go to AWS Marketplace → Manage subscriptions and click Set up product in the row displaying your Trend Vision One purchase.
    Click vendor's website to open the Trend Vision One console.
  5. If you are the owner of the Primary User Account for your organization, click Continue.

    If you are a Trend Cloud One user, see Update from Trend Cloud One pay-as-you-go to Trend Vision One pay-as-you-go for instructions on updating your existing Trend Cloud One user account to a Trend Vision One Primary User Account.
    If you do not have access to your organization's Primary User Account, click Copy Link to Clipboard and send the link to the Primary User Account owner. For more information, see Primary User Account.
    The Activate Solutions with Your Primary User Account window appears.
  6. Select My business has a Primary User Account and click Next.
    If your organization does not have a Primary User Account, select My business does not have a Primary User Account and click Next. Follow the instructions to set up the Primary User Account for your organization.
  7. Sign in to the Trend Vision One console using your Primary User Account credentials.
    The Activate Your Trend Micro Solutions window appears.
  8. Review your purchased solutions and click Activate.
    Your pure pay-as-you-go subscription activates.

    Tip
    If you need to cancel your pure pay-as-you-go subscription, you can do so at any time in the AWS Billing and Cost Management console.
