Gain visibility into your usage for Trend Vision One™ Trials.

Trend Vision One offers a wide variety of Trend Vision One™ Trials, allowing you to explore the platform and experience the benefits of different solutions before committing to paid usage. You are eligible for a platform-wide Trend Vision One™ Trial, in addition to trials for specific Trend Vision One solutions, packages, and features.

Note

The platform-wide Trend Vision One™ Trial enables you to experience the full range of paid Trend Vision One solutions, apps, and features for free. For Essential Access users, the trial is equivalent to having an Advanced Access entitlement in Trend Vision One during the trial period. After the platform-wide trial expires, you must purchase credits or a pay-as-you-go contract to continue your usage of paid solutions. For more information on the trial, contact your Trend Micro representative.

You can begin the platform-wide Trend Vision One™ Trial if you meet one of the following conditions:

You have never started a free trial or paid usage for Trend Vision One.
At least one year has passed since you last used Trend Vision One, whether through a free trial or paid usage.

When you have one or more active free trials, Trend Vision One provides data on your solution usage and estimated equivalent credit usage during the trial period in Platform Usage and Credits → Credits overview → Trial usage. This information offers insight to how many units of a given solution you might need, helping you plan for your credit usage needs after the trials end.

To view the latest usage information for your active trials, take the following steps:

Go to Platform Usage and Credits → Credits overview.
Click Trial usage.

In the Trial-based credit estimate chart, hover over any day to view your estimated credit usage for any active trials on the selected day.

Important

Trials are completely free and do not require credits or pay-as-you-go. All estimated credit usage data provided in Platform Usage and Credits for a given trial is a projection of the number of credits you might need to continue using the solution with the same volume of usage after your trial ends.

If you decide to continue using a solution after the trial ends, you can use the estimate as a reference for how many credits to purchase to support your usage.

Under Trial details, see the Estimated post-trial credit usage for each trial for an overall credit estimate from the trial period, or the latest estimate for active trials.

Note

Trial details displays information on all your trials, active and expired, from the last 12 months.
For an overview of all your active trials, go to Platform Usage and Credits → Usage management and click Trial usage.
