Some Trend Vision One integrations allow you to transfer XDR activity data to integrated third-party platforms for data analysis or regulatory compliance and auditing purposes, including:

AWS S3 bucket connector
Splunk HEC connector
Google Security Operations SIEM integration
Data Pipeline public APIs in the API Automation Center

These integrations are based on Data Pipeline (Outbound). Start a free trial of Data Pipeline (Outbound) to experience secure, scalable data transfer from Trend Vision One to external platforms.

Important

To access Data Pipeline (Outbound) trials, you must have Trend Vision One credits or a pay-as-you-go contract and the following permission: Settings > Trend Vision One™ trials > Manage trials. For more information, contact your sales representative or see Trend Vision One solutions with free trials.

You can start a free trial when one of the following conditions is met:

You have never started a free trial or paid usage for Data Pipeline (Outbound) in the listed integrations.
You previously used Data Pipeline (Outbound) for a free trial or through paid usage, but at least 180 days have passed since you last used it.

If you are currently paying for Data Pipeline (Outbound) in any of these integrations, you cannot start a free trial in a new integration individually.

Procedure

Go to Workflow and Automation → Third-Party Integrations.
Click Start free trial.

If you want to continue using Data Pipeline (Outbound) with no disruption in service after the trial ends, enable Continue using the solution after the trial expires.

Tip

You can adjust this setting at any time before the trial expires.

If you disable automatic paid usage, your access to this solution stops when the trial ends. To continue your usage after the trial, you must manually reenable the solution using credits or pay-as-you-go. Trend Vision One deletes related settings, PII, and data from the trial period 30 days after the trial ends, except for information related to cyber threats or shared with other solutions.

Set up Trend Vision One integrations.

Configure integrations with the third-party platforms available to you in the Trend Vision One console, and enable data transfer of activity data.
Use RESTful APIs to interact with Trend Vision One to retrieve data packages.

Tip

You can view your trial usage in the following locations:

Platform Usage and Credits → Credits overview → Trial usage
Workflow and Automation → Third-Party Integrations → Manage usage
Workflow and Automation → Third-Party Integrations → Any integration you set up → Manage usage

Your estimated post-trial credit usage indicates the estimated number of credits you would need to continue using the solution in the same volume of usage after the trial ends. The number changes throughout the trial period. For more information, see Trend Vision One™ Trials.

If needed, click Manage trial → Extend trial for 30 days to extend the trial at any time.

You can use the 30-day trial extension only once. When the trail ends, credits will be required to continue using Data Pipeline (Outbound). For the credit requirements, see Credit requirements for Data Pipeline (Outbound).
