View the built-in permissions for predefined roles and the Trend Vision One for Service Providers user accounts with each role.
Predefined roles grant preset app permissions based on the access different users
require to complete tasks. To view general information, permissions, and the accounts
assigned a given role, click the role name.
The following table outlines the predefined roles available in User Roles.

Can view, add, and edit partners.

||

Support Manager
|
Can view and export billing reports, view customer summaries and transactions, and
manage customer notifications, console settings, and integrations.

Billing Manager
|
Has full access to billing reports, and can view customer summaries and transactions.

||
|
Support Engineer
|
Can view and export billing reports, and can view customer summaries and transactions.

||
|
Product Manager
|
Has full access to all Customer Overview and Remote Manager features.
