View the built-in permissions for predefined roles and the Trend Vision One for Service Providers user accounts with each role.

Predefined roles grant preset app permissions based on the access different users require to complete tasks. To view general information, permissions, and the accounts assigned a given role, click the role name.
The following table outlines the predefined roles available in User Roles.
Role
Description
Master Administrator
Has full access to all Trend Vision One apps and features.
Customer Manager
Can manage customer accounts and view customer summary and customer transactions.
License Manager
Can create, edit, and assign service plans.
Partner Manager
Can view, add, and edit partners.
Support Manager
Can view and export billing reports, view customer summaries and transactions, and manage customer notifications, console settings, and integrations.
Billing Manager
Has full access to billing reports, and can view customer summaries and transactions.

This role has no access to Customer Overview.
If your Trend Vision One for Service Providers console has Billing Reports, user accounts with this role can only view and export billing reports.
If your Trend Vision One for Service Providers console has Licensing Management Platform, only user accounts with this role created by Tier 1 partners can access the app. User accounts with the Billing Manager role created by Tier 2 partners have no access to Licensing Management Platform.
Support Engineer
Can view and export billing reports, and can view customer summaries and transactions.

Product Manager
Has full access to all Customer Overview and Remote Manager features.
